I have received an extremely interesting and rare report through the MUFON open posting archives. One thing that spiked my interest in this case is that it occurred on the outskirts of my hometown, Temple, Texas. I currently live about 8 miles from the location of this sighting.
There are two reasons that make the case a rarity. The first reason is that in all of the Project Blue Book files, there was only one listing from Temple, and that was a sighting report from over sixty years ago. Secondly, the case involves a UFO landing, and visual confirmation of three beings emerging from a door in the landed UFO.
Texas, notwithstanding the recent Stephenville Sightings of 2008 , has had more than its share of great UFO cases. Here are some of the best:
The Lubbock Lights, the Cash - Landrum case, the Levelland Landings, and of course, the Aurora Crash.
The Interstate Sighting
Interstate 35 runs from the very southern part of Texas all the way to Canada. If you have ever been on it during heavy traffic times, it can be quite nerve-racking. The part of I-35 that runs from Waco to Temple is no exception, and even at night has a steady stream of traffic. Our case takes place just north of Temple, on March 22, 2009.
Nearing Temple, a city of about 60,000, a man was driving when his wife suddenly saw a strange light in the sky moving at high speeds. As she watched the object, suddenly it stopped in midair, over a farmer's field about a mile off of the interstate.
Now aware of the unusual sight, the husband pulled the car onto the shoulder of the highway to get a better look at the object. As they watched, the UFO slowly came down, appearing to land in the field. Landed, the UFO looked to be disc-shaped.
The visibility this night was not the best, the darkness was made worse by a cloud cover. But the witness had his binoculars with him, and quickly put them to service to get a better look at the UFO. Now, he was sure that object was a saucer, and it was sitting on the ground.
The man and his wife initially looked for a reasonable explanation for what they were seeing. Could it be some type of farm equipment, or feeding device for the cattle that grazed on the land?
But, what about it flying around at great speeds before landing? It was not a small plane, nor a helicopter. Helicopters can be seen from time to time in the area which sits about 30 miles east of Ft. Hood, Texas, one of the world's largest Army bases.
Beings Emerge
As the man and his wife intently watched the UFO, soon a door opened, exposing an orange/red interior. Three beings walked out of the disc-shaped object, the door shutting behind them. The eyewitnesses watched the activity at the UFO for about three minutes. They did not see the beings reenter the object, unless there was another door that was not visible to the witnesses.
Then, the UFO slowly rose from the ground, hovered briefly, and then headed northward at a high rate of speed. They never saw the object again.
The man refocused on the landing site, but there was nothing now but an abandoned field. The only thoughts he had was that possibly the three visitors were walking in the direction of a rest stop near the landing location. This, he thought, because he was never able to see the three as they walked out of his range of sight.
He wanted to make a U-turn, go back northward, and visit the rest stop, but he was urged not to do so by his wife. She feared that they had just seen aliens from an extraterrestrial craft. For those of you who do not know, the rest stops on the side of Texas highways are nothing more than a few concrete tables, and can be scary at night.
I am in the process of trying to dig more into this case, and if I can obtain more details, I will update this case file.

Most reasonable individuals put little emphasis on so-called crop designs, or crop circles, as they are commonly called. Yet, the summer months always bring new designs, new photographs, and new theories as to the origin and meaning of these fanciful field creations.
A number of those individuals who go to the trouble of designing and manufacturing the designs have come forward in time, and admitted to being the culprits who stole into the night, and created a little press coverage for their nocturnal efforts.
But, not all of these designs are so easily dismissed. There are a number of serious minded researchers who believe that at least some of these field creations have an extraterrestrial influence, and an enigmatic message to mankind, if we can decipher the puzzling designs.
Recently, a new design was created in Silbury Hill, Wiltshire, England, near the southwest of the hill off the busy A4 highway. This area is not new to crop creations or paranormal events.
Silbury Hill Background
In May, 1994, four researchers, including a nuclear scientists were visiting the site of a crop design near Silbury Hill, when they witnessed a military experience, moments before they all experienced 45 minutes of lost time.
Shortly after this period, they experienced another lost time episode. This strange, other worldly experience was supported by red marks on their necks, and nose bleeds a short time later.
Then, in 1990 there was the alleged Operation Blackbird, which was a secret military stakeout, which produced a film of a white orb moving over the area.
July, 2009 Event
This brings us to present day mystery at the Silbury Hill. If this story is true, it is an amazing one. According to the Colin Andrews web page, on July 7, at 5:00 AM, an off duty Wiltshire Police Sergeant was driving on the A4 highway and soon to pass Silbury Hill, which sat on his left side of the highway.
The sergeant looked to his right, and was shocked see three very tall beings inspecting a new crop circle which had appeared there only two days before. He stopped his vehicle, and watched the beings for a couple of minutes.
All three were over six feet in height, had blonde hair, and wore one-piece suits of white which had hoods dropped onto the back of their heads. Finally, he shouted at them, but was ignored. Finally, he entered the field on foot, and the three beings ran at a fast pace away from the crop circle.
He also heard a sound, like the crackling of electricity, as the beings examined the crop circle. The crop in the field was effected by the sound as it moved each time he heard the sound - the louder the sound, the more the crop moved. He also developed a headache in the field, which became worse as the day went by.
Who were these three beings at the crop circle, and what was their agenda? There is an ongoing investigation into this latest design mystery, and I will update my information when I receive some official results.

A Walk in the Woods
A recent report of the sighting of three alien beings has been made to the MUFON organization. The event occurred on August 30, 2009, in a forest campsite in Georgia. A man and his wife were involved, with the wife having the clear view of the beings. She made the official report.
On Sunday morning about 4:00 AM, the woman woke up, needing to go to the bathroom. They were not far from a park-provided facility with restrooms and showers.
It was totally dark, except for the lights from the facility, and a lantern at the couple's campsite. She made it to the bathroom, and then began walking back to their tent.
Somebody's Watching Me
She got the strange sensation that someone was behind her. Turning around, she was utterly shocked to see not one, but three, gray alien beings standing in the woods behind the restroom. They were not far from another campsite.
Her mind told her that these must be humans. But why would the people from the second campsite be standing in the woods at 4:00 AM? Then one of them turned and looked straight at her.
This Was No Human
She knew for a fact now that this was no human being. The being had long arms hanging from his extra thin body. The alien's skin was pale, and his bump-filled head seemed too large for his body. The being also had large, black eyes.
The witness was also taken back by the shortness of the aliens. They were a couple of inches shorter than she, who was 5'3" tall. The alien that had spotted her began to move in her direction.
She quickly began to run back to the tent, yelling at her husband, "There's (expletive) aliens back there!"
The Aftermath
After calming his wife down for a time, he headed back down the path to the restrooms to see if he could discover anything about what she had seen. He could find nothing unusual.
Later in the day, the man and his wife went into a restless sleep. At one time, the husband was awakened when he thought he saw a shadowy figure move outside the tent.
Eventually, the two drove back home, still pondering what happened in the woods that early morning. One important fact cannot be denied. The woman, awake, alert, and sane, saw three beings that were not human.
What can be made of this report? Either, some type of alien beings were seen, or the woman, who remains anonymous, wanted to file a bizarre report for reasons unknown.
